Jumping the Gun
ST LUKE'S: I should rescind that thing about Spring sprunging. The temperature dipped over the weekend and yesterday I found myself running home in driving snow. (I broke 30 minutes for the 6K trek to Vauxhall yesterday!) It obviously melted as soon as it hit the ground but gees it was painful on my neck.

Talk about that cold snap... it's about 3 degrees here in Rome at the mo, and it's supposed to be three weeks into spring... brrrr
it was much worse last year. i don't think we even had spring, just all of a sudden in may it was bright and warm.
i think it was running in the cold that made me so sick.
